Q. How much do you charge for Delivery?
A. FREE DELIVERY on all orders over $250. All other orders under $250, then Delivery is only $10 per dozen anywhere in Australia and this includes insurance as well.
Shipping is calculated on a per dozen basis Ie. 1-12 bottles = $10, 13-24 bottles = $20 etc etc.
Q. Can I get my wine delivered in thick foam packaging?
A. Yes, during checkout as an optional shipping extra you will be able to select Foam Packaging. The Fee is automatically calculated based on the number of bottles in your cart. Each Pack can hold 3 bottles. Ie. 1-3 bottles will require 1 Foam Pack, 4-6 will require 2 Foam Packs etc etc. We absolutely recommend this option as it will guarantee the quality of presentation of each label shipped.
Q. Do you get to see my credit card number?
A. No, www.mycellars.com.au is not able to view or store any personal credit card numbers. Once you have comfirmed your order you are redirected to the secured CommWeb Commonwealth Bank website. The bank does all processing and confirms if transaction is approved.
Q. Can I order over the phone?
A. Yes. You may call 0409 774 378 to speak to one of our sales representatives for phone order.
Q. What is your heat policy?
A. We don’t take any chances on wine, we do not send wine out when the temperature is too hot, we give wine the respect it deserves. We look at the forecasts in every capital city and rural areas. However, if you really need the wine we can dispatch it, but we will not take any responsibility if the wine has been heat affected.
Q. How long until my wines arrives?
A. Our courier usually collects the wines weekdays at 3pm, we allow 3 working days to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide, sometimes sooner, with all other areas 4-6 working days.
Q. Who are myCellars?
A. The creators of myCellars are Gary Priest and Trent Fahey, they have well over 40 years experience between them.
Q. Your prices are very good… how is that?
A. We are an on-line wine merchant, we have no shop front, thus savings are benefiting and passed on to you.
Q. I may not be at home on a particular day?
A. That’s fine, when you place an order there is a message box that you can tell us where you would like it, ie. If not home place behind green shed etc etc. We find that getting the wine delivered to your work place is a good too. Delivery address can be set differently to the billing address.
Q. What about customer service?
A. You are getting it, we spend hours researching the wines for you, provide excellent prices and wines, and we even ship it to your doorstep, now that’s customer service!
