To order online, you must be at least 18 years of age. It is illegal in Australia to sell or supply alcohol to persons under the age of 18.

Shipping
FREE DELIVERY on all orders over $250.

For Orders Totals under $250 the Shipping Costs are $10 per doz or part there of. Ie. Shipping for 12 bottles of wine is $10 and shipping for 13 bottles is $20 (Same cost as shipping 24 bottles) Shipping Fees with automatically be calculated correct. We deliver to the address you specify in the delivery instructions. We use Fastway delivery services for deliveries Australia Wide and normally deliver your order within 5 business days from the purchase date.
If you have not received a domestic order within this 5 day period please advise us. We will follow up your order immediately.

Payment
We use Commonwealth Bank Mastercard Internet Gateway Service for our online credit card transactions. You will be redirected to their secure encrypted internet payment system. During this time do not click the back button and follow on screen instructions. myCellars does not collect or store any user's credit card information during this process.

Refunds / Returns
myCellars prides itself on the wines we sell and recommend. If a wine you have purchased is faulty or you are not happy with the quality of the product we will provide you with a refund or a replacement. The same applies if you receive the incorrect wine.
