The Belle Ville Rosé is named after the house that Lou and Dean Hewitson lived in, while raising their young family 20 years ago, when Dean worked in Provençe. As the back story suggests this is a classic Provençal style and made from the traditional Provençal varieties from our new home in Barossa Valley.
“Grenache, cinsaut and mourvedre. The complexity of the fragrant bouquet with its exotic spice, dried rose petals and talcum powder segues to the palate with its Byzantine mosaic of juicy red fruits. It is so highly flavoured you might expect some sweetness on the finish, but it’s dry.”– 95 Points & Top Wines of 2017 James Halliday
