Jeté is a signature ballet movement requiring time, dedication and commitment to create the illusion of boundless control. Their Méthode Traditionelle wines are crafted by engaging the same ballet principles to create wines of finesse, refinement and elegance. The awesomely scenic and wildly remote Great Southern wine region produces fine and elegant Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes for the Howard Park Jeté Brut Blanc NV.
Pale lemon in colour with petillant notes of citrus zest, white flowers and meringue. The fine creamy mousse of the plate captures fresh flavours of citrus, red berries and baked apple enriched with lemon curd and brioche. A wine rich and full of flavor balanced by a gentle, fine acidity.
