Hailing from vineyards just outside of Healesville, mostly. Plus some fruit from the upper Yarra that gave it just the right dose of peppery spice. 60% hand-picked Yarra Valley fruit , Cold soak 3 days and Harvested February-March 2016, 30% whole bunches used to bring the perfume of the fruit and matured for 9 months in French oak, with natural malolactic fermentation occurring, Zero fining and filtration and also vegan friendly.
“The colour and name makes it clear this isn’t a full-bodied shiraz, but its distinctly fragrant and spicy red and black cherry fruits speak clearly of the cool climate of the Yarra Valley.
