It starts with very fine bubbles then the aromas of Chardonnay citrus and Pinot Noir forest berries take over before you sip it and those bubbles reveal a palate of refined fruit, a hint of nuttiness and a crisp, dry, lingering finish.
Certainly a sparkling wine for a special occasion, but also one to enjoy on a Friday after work.
