The Follett family have been growing grapes on the famed Bremer flood plain at Langhorne Creek for over 130 years.
Grapes from our old vines were nurtured in small open fermenters before maturing in French oak for 15 months. This has helped to create a rich, velvety textured wine which shows a lifted floral bouquet with elements of spice, dark berries and chocolate.
“Some whole berry but no stem inclusion; 9 days on skins; matured in French barriques (25% new) for 15 months.
