‘A magnificent rosé’ – 92 Points Tyson Stelzer
Mike and Judy fell in love with the Rose’s of Provence and wanted to make a similar one from their single vineyard high in the Adelaide Hills.
This is not a sweet pink drink but a serious wine predominantly made from Pinot Noir and some Chardonnay, resulting in a wine of intense flavour and a long dry finish.
The perfect wine when you want the palate feel and length of a red wine but the freshness and crispness of a white wine.
“A magnificent rosé at once characterful and brimming with pink pepper, pomegranate and tamarillo, and at the same time elegant, tense and consummately dry. It carries with great persistence and high tensile acid drive, and will hold for some years yet.” – 92 Points Tyson Stelzer
