Mountadam Vineyards was established in 1972. The fruit used to craft this wine was selected from both the western and eastern vineyards. The vines are planted at 450 to 550 meters above sea level.
On release the wine has a lifted, complex aroma. Lifted white peach and nectarine characters dominate. Subtle spice and creamy characters add to the wines aromatic complexity. The palate is restrained and elegant. It displays the same fruit characters of white peach and nectarine through-out. The mid and back palates are driven by a gentle line of grapefruit like acid.
