The essence of youthful, vibrant Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir from carefully selected vineyards. A bouquet of seductive black cherry overlaid with exotic spices leads to a palate of supple fresh berries, bright acidity and lingering fine grained tannin.
2021 was a rewarding vintage for both grape growers and winemakers with large crops of excellent fruit, aided by a long cool but sunny ripening period. The 2021 Dagger is made from four clones of Pinot Noir, MV6, 777, 114 and 115. More clones equals more complexity!
